Hello. My name is Laura & I'd love to be considered to care for your precious lil one. Prior to having my own children I enjoyed caring for other children of all ages. My goal in life was to be the best stay-at-home wife/mother I could be. I now have 3 beautiful happy young adults, 35, 33 & 29, one of whom has blessed me with two precious grandsons now 7 & 5. While my kids were young I also cared for other children so I could always be there for mine and help other parents who desired personal care & nurturing that is not always fully received at traditional daycare. When they got older, I began a career in Real Estate but found my true desire was still to care for others. I took a CNA class which afforded me the opportunity to care for the elderly which is also a passion of mine, however, I am not currently certified. I hope you'll choose me to continue my passion to care for your child as if my own. I can provide references for a number of families upon request. I've worked for a family with a child who had many medical issues and needed extra precautions taken for her immune system especially during the height of Covid-19. As part of training to be a CNA, I am aware of and still follow extensive hand washing & other sanitization methods to ensure the safety & health of your child, family and myself. Also, as part of my CNA training I studied CPR but I'm not currently certified but I intend to become certified asap. In addition, I have enjoyed nannying for different cultures & my grandsons are bi-racial so know that your child will be cared for the same as I would my own.
