Hello everyone! My name is Sadie, unfortunately I am PCSing from Fort Riley to Fort Benning soon, but currently work as a full-time Lead Infant Teacher at a Private NAEYC accredited Preschool. I have a Master's in Nutrition and a Bachelor’s in Healthcare! My experience with children has ranged throughout all ages and walks of life; I started babysitting when I was 15 years old. I have a deep passion for children, and absolutely LOVE watching them grow and meet milestones from a young infant to a mobile infant. I am also a certified Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) with past experience with primary behavioral health diagnosis (i. e. ADHD, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, etc.). I worked on activities, nutrition, and provided treatment and intervention plans for children and families ages 5-17. In the job that I will be departing from, I worked with infants for 2 years ages 6 weeks Read more to 14 months. I planned, coordinated, and resourced daily activities that enhanced the kiddo's cognitive skills, fine motor skills, and gross motor skills using a Montessori approach. The activities that I planned started with a messy sensory in the morning and ended with a non-messy sensory in the afternoon with many in between. Watching young infants grow and learn using a mindful play approach participating in process art made me smile on a daily basis!
