I've worked in childcare my entire adult life and most of my teen years as well. I was a toddler teacher at top flight preschool and was recruited from there to be a full time nanny. I've worked with several other families since then, but for the last eight years I've been at home raising my four children. I read a lot of parenting books, my all time favorite and the one that has shaped me as a parent and a caregiver is Parenting with love and logic by Foster Cline,MD and Jim fay. I was CPR and first aide certified it's expired but, i will be renewing that soon. I'm looking for a flexible schedule so i can still be mommy to my children. Evenings and weekends are preferred.
