Set a tentative date for an interview 3 days prior. Morning of we confirmed time... Waited 10 minutes for her to see if she would show up. No call or text to say she was going to be late. Texted 10 min after scheduled time to let her know not to bother with an interview because I need someone reliable that will show up on time.
