I'm a pre-nursing student at Pittsburg State University at the moment. I grew up with two younger brothers, so I was constantly watching them for my mom since she worked nights and slept during the day. They're still my best friends to this day, and that is why I have developed such a strong love for child care. I am CPR and CNA certified, and know how to perform the Heimlich maneuver. Ever since I was old enough, the families on my street would hire me to watch their little ones, and I currently work at a church nursery on Sunday mornings, so I have experience with children and babies of all ages.
