Growing up, I babysat for kids around my neighborhood. Then I started volunteering at Special Olympics in Lawrence and absolutely loved it. I coached volleyball and we had so much fun. Then, I moved abroad to Prague, Czech Republic and was a nanny for 2 boys (ages 5 and 8). I would pick them up from school and help them learn English while playing games and being outside. I built a strong connection with them and I really loved every minute of it.
