Hi, my name is Aaliyah and I've babysat for my family for almost four years. Besides babysitting I worked retail for about 2-3 years and in this time gained a lot of knowledge on children and family interactions. I learned how to pick up on subtle ques children give to let an adult know there is something wrong and learned how to approach these situation whether they are emergent or not.
