Hi! My name is Katlyn and I absolutely love working with children! My most recent experience has been as a nanny for a wonderful family, but they no longer needed me as of January 2023. I had a little girl in March 2022 and I brought her with me to care for the kids at their house (i would need to bring her with me so as long as you’re okay with that then we could be a good fit!) . Before that I was a Pre-K teacher for two years, but I have also taught in elementary school, worked with various preschool ages, and nannied for a sweet baby boy from infancy until he was 3 years old. I have a gentle and patient nature, I love to see kids learn through play and grow in confidence in who they are. I speak Spanish (and Turkish!) , play guitar, Read more and I’m artistically talented. I love teaching through song and finding ways to get moving and play outside. I’m a huge fan of children’s books and love story times. I strive to show God’s kindness in all my interaction and highly value integrity, especially when it comes to caring for your children. I’d love to have the honor of working with you!
