I currently am a clinical Exercise Physiologist, personal trainer, and health coach. I do personal training as well as work at a hospital in the CardioPulmonary Rehabilitation. I work with patients from mid 20s to early 90s. I have also worked with children at UK High BMI clinic, teaching kids about health and exercise. I have baby sat kids throughout my teens and college years and now time to time for friends. I am CPR, first aid, AED, and ACLS Certified. I enjoy being active outdoors, reading, and doing crafts. I have always enjoyed working with children and senior citizens population in various environments.
