I am looking for a fun summer nannying job this year. I have worked as a camp counselor for two summers and am looking for a change of pace. As a childcare provider, I strive to create an environment that is fun, safe, and supportive towards the children. I think it is important to have educational activities that are hands-on and developmentally appropriate. In my experience, learning outside has always been more exciting for children, so I will implement ways to explore and learn in the outdoors. Additionally, I think confidence in children is important to build up, and I do this with positive reinforcement and affirmations. Working through conflicts can be difficult, but I find most times that it is possible to problem solve with the lesson of kindness and patience as a solution. I love to encourage enjoyable education, confidence, and kindness with children I care for.
