Hi there! My name is Teri, I'm 25 and living in Oak Grove, KY. My Experience Growing up, I worked in childcare rooms at my church with babies and toddlers and was a teacher's assistant in high school for elementary and middle school-aged kids. I also regularly babysat my beautiful niece from when she was a newborn to when she was a toddler (she's now a pre-teen which I cannot believe!). I really adore working with babies and toddlers. I'm happy to do some household tasks if needed like tidying up, making snacks or light meals, and laundry. I'm organized, detail-oriented, and can follow directions. I'm adamant about asking questions when I don't understand. I've also been told I have a calming nature about me, especially in emergencies and when unexpected things happen. More About Me Outside of care work, I love to write and read nonfiction and fiction (Currently Read more reading Brene Brown's "Atlas of the Heart" if you wanted to know). I also do a lot of crafting, DIY, cooking, and baking projects. I find satisfaction in making things with my hands. My Schedule I have a flexible schedule during the days and evenings. I'm communicative about any unlikely scheduling issues that may come up, so I'm happy to discuss what works for you. COVID Precautions I am fully vaccinated and have had my booster shot. At this time, I prefer working in vaccinated households due to protect my parents' health. CPR/First Aid I currently am not CPR certified, however, I am planning on taking a course this summer.
