I love working with children because I know I am doing what is best and right for them 100% of the time. Children are a gift and I enjoy helping them become the best version of themselves. I believe there are outdated ways of discipline. I think positive reinforcement is essential in helping a child gain a strong self-esteem for this harsh world. Constantly barking at a child for every little thing causes a child to lose self-confidence. That said, discipline is of the utmost importance to ensure kids will establish a foundation to respect others. I love to be hands on. I get down and play and try to be a role model of doing the right thing at all times.. I currently work in a classroom setting and the children just flock to me.
