Hi! I’m Lily, a toddler mama with a strong passion for early childhood development. Becoming a mother has deepened my love for childcare and reminded me just how important those early years are for a child’s emotional security and cognitive development, I love being part of that exciting stage of growth. I also have experience working with children with autism, which has helped me become a patient, attentive, and supportive caregiver. My main focus when working with young children is encouraging growth towards milestones and creating a safe emotional space in a way that is fun and exciting for them! While I prefer nannying for ages newborn-12 months, I also would love to work with all age kiddos below 4!
