My name is Ana Castillo and I’m a college student who is seeking a bachelor's degree in education. I want to become a certified teacher and have the opportunity to teach a classroom one day. Being a teacher has been my only interest in life. Of all the majors I could choose from, I decided to go for teaching. Even though I had family members and friends telling me all the time that becoming a teacher was not worth it. I did not let people’s opinions interfere with my future. I knew that if I wanted to be a teacher, I had to follow my heart. I love children, and I would love to help them learn. The reason why I'm saying all of this it's because I really love children. There’s nothing else I want to do but teach and spend time with children. I care for children, and Read more I don’t get annoyed by them. I enjoy their company. I'm currently having some problems finishing my degree, but I'm plan on going back to school in the future. I want to be a certified teacher but in the meantime I would like to be able to help families with their kids. I understand sometimes parents have to work and are in the need of a nanny. I don't have any professional experiences being a nanny but am familiar with what it takes to be one. I do have experiences watching over children. I have a huge family and since I was the oldest I have always being the responsible one. I watched over my siblings and cousins and I still do.
