Monila contacted us regarding our ad. We had several back and forth exchanges where rate for a paid interview was clearly defined as noted in our ad. She contacted us 1 hour prior to our arranged start time to state she was not comfortable with the rate and she had several other interviews scheduled this week. We have the flexibility that we stated we did not want to continue with a "paid interview".
