I began my journey working in the educational field as a teaching assistant with The Guild for Human Services approximately 10 years and thoroughly enjoy working with my team and my classroom. My job has varied from working in the residential part of the program, to working in the classrooms, to being a student's 1:1, with children of all needs, diagnoses, and presentations My background in ABA has grown over the last 10 years, with keeping data and observations of many behaviors, and as well with working with a BCBA. I currently work as a behavior specialist in the Arlington Public School.
