Are you in need of a part-time nanny or mother's helper? I have been nannying for local familes for the past 5 years and will soon have limited availability in my schedule for two days of weekday sitting. I currently sit for two families with infants and toddlers and preschoolers. I have experience with twin infants and toddlers as well. I've worked for several local families and can provide excellent references upon request. I am a young 50 year old loving, patient and energetic mother of three children-2 boys, 19 and 23 and a 25 year old girl. My youngest is a freshman in college. I have been married for 27 years and have lived in the same home for 24 of those years. I am mature, reliable and silly when appropriate. Safety is always a priority. When deciding to re-enter the work force, a thorough self examination of my skills and talents led me to realize that my entire life, having been dedicated to raising my family, has prepared me best for being a nanny. Working with children has always come naturally to me. Prior to getting married, I received an associates degree in elementary education and I volunteered as a religious education teacher for 9 years when my children were younger. I'd love to be able to assist a family who values mature, reliable help.

Paula has worked for us since January of 2011 as a before school caregiver. I can't say enough good things about her. She is dependable, reliable, and pleasant. When I leave for work in the morning, I know that my son is in good hands and that I have nothing to worry about. She has also been so helpful taking care of our puppy. I can't say enough good things about Paula! She has finally given me the peace of mind to be able to leave my children with someone other than a parent. I am not exaggerating when I say that she is the best nanny you could possibly find. Super professional, loving, silly, responsible, a real Mary Poppins. Also very respectful of my parenting style. She always keeps the children busy with crafts, books, and a bag full of fun toys and surprises that she always brings with her (See? I'm telling you- Mary Poppins!).
