Being around children has always been a passion of mine. I started babysitting different family members starting at the age of 15. During my senior year of high school I started as a volunteer at a daycare for ages 2 months to 7 years of age. They hired me and I worked there for a total of 8 years. I worked in each classroom gaining experience with infants up until the kindergarten class room. While getting my bachelors degree in psychology I worked with a program at a school where I worked with first graders on their social and reading skills. Once I graduated I worked for one year as a behavioral therapist for toddlers with autism. While getting my masters in marriage and family therapy I worked with families with young children as well. I also have an infant who was born in December so I can also say Read more I have personal experience with children. I am looking for a position in which my child can also be apart of my nannying experience. She is a 6 month old well behaved baby!
