My name is Katie Splaine. I am a special education teacher in Reading, MA. I have been a teacher for 5 years and in education for 7. I attended the University of Rhode Island and graduated with Bachelors in Communicative Disorders in 2011. I got my Masters of education in Special Education - Moderate Disabilities at Salem State University. As I am in education, I do have summer vacations off. The past two summers, I have taught at our district's extended year program. Prior to that, I nannied for a family a few days a week - bringing them to camps, play practices, the beach, the pool, prepared mails, helped clean, etc. I am highly active, have a lot of energy and enjoy spending time with kids!
