Hello My name is Kristen and I recently moved to back bay Boston. I am a parent with four children of my own, and I recently starting actively seeking employment as a nanny. My children are that my children are older, I am interested in attaining a full-time nanny position. I have over 30 yrs experience working with children of all ages. My first job working w children was at age 12, I was hired to care for 2 children under the age of 2. In the Past I’ve been responsible for caring for children with developmental issues and it gave me the experience and knowledge on how to work with children that need a little more guidance and attention. At the age of 12 I enrolled in babysitting courses, and received a certificate of completion along with a CPR certification. From age 12-19 I was babysitting for multiple different Read more families. From age 20 and up I was a stay at home mom providing care for my 4 children. I have a gap in my employment history due to becoming a mom and being unable to work while my children were so young. Finally I am at a point in my life where my children are, all older and independent and self-sufficient, which allows me to start focusing on finding employment. Both Nanny and babysitting positions seem to be a perfect match for me since I have a lot of experience in raising children, and would love to continue to work with children.
