Neima is an incredible and trusted person and nanny. Letting her into our home for 4 years, and having her help raise our two children was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We moved out of state, which is the only reason we stopped working with her. Neima is honest, amazing with babies and toddlers, trustworthy and loving. Our two kids flocked to her, and loved waking up in the morning knowing they would see her. She watched both of my kids starting when they were 2.5 months old. Both of these were nanny shares, so she has experience working with multiple babies. I always trusted her with the children, and she genuinely loved them and cared for them as if they were her own. I can not say enough positive things about her. In addition to childcare, Neima also kept the house spotless, cooked occasionally and was just a positive presence in the house. She was a great influence on both of our kids, and was someone who we enjoyed having around. Neima was never late in 4 years and had great communication with us. Her family and her have been careful with coronavirus. I continued to use her (for both kids) during coronavirus and felt completely safe.

We are so grateful to have had Neima as our nanny for almost four years. We started just hiring her on Fridays, because our other nanny needed that day off. Neima quickly became our full-time nanny. We did a nanny share for most of that time, first with our oldest, then transitioning to our youngest when he was born. Most of the time, she watched two kids, but there were times when she watched three or even all four, age 1-4 years. Here are just a few of the wonderful things about working with Neima: Neima is wonderful with young children and babies. Children absolutely love her. She is caring, kind, fun, and attentive. She is always engaging the children. She never just puts the kids in front of the TV (unless that's what you want or allow). We work from home, and there was never a time when we came downstairs and saw the kids just watching TV or doing something non-engaging. She sets a wonderful example and provides good advice on parenting! Her own kids are absolutely lovely, respectful, and kind. Neima is incredibly reliable. She shows up on time every day and never takes unscheduled time off. She is also often available for babysitting on nights or weekends. Neima kept our house spotless! She folded our laundry and did dishes. The house was always clean and tidy at the end of the day (and of course, a mess 10 minutes after she left). Neima and her family are very aware of COVID and have kept very safe. After the initial quarantine, she continued to watch the kids during COVID and we all felt safe. Even now, her children are not going to playgrounds. I trust her and her family to follow all COVID guidelines. We have moved out of state, but if we were still in Massachusetts, we would absolutely still have Neima as our nanny (we've even talked about bringing her to Vermont!). We had originally planned for both kids to be in preschool/daycare full time for the fall, but given COVID, we would have done anything to keep Neima, just in case everything shuts down again. You will not regret bringing Neima into your home to care for your children.
