I recently decided to give up my full-time job to go back into doing what I love, and that is taking care of children. I begun babysitting at the age of 12 for my church twice a month. That turned into babysitting neighbors children and then being a nanny to my own niece for her first two years of life. I have dealt with premature children, (including one of my own) and two kids with some learning disabilities. I love to encourage reading, science and being outdoors. I know how to plan a curriculum to focus on a subject each month if you want your child to expend on learning but in a fun Read more way. I know basic ASL, and love teaching children another form of language to communicate in. I love to cook, I helped in the kitchen for two years, so I picked up nutritious meals a whole family would love, I know my two picky eaters have been happier with the new meals I took time to learn. I also love to clean so anytime you need a hand I am willing to pitch in and help you out. My job is to help you and your child(ren); and by helping you as a family you can enjoy more time together.

Alicia is a genuine, wonderful caregiver. She came to our house 4 or 5 times and was calm, easygoing and mature. She's a hardworker and super reliable. She takes child safety very seriously and my toddler really loved playing with her. Highly recommend!!
