Hi my name is Akhyra and I am 22 years old. As I currently work as a cross certified primary toddler teacher at the YMCA Early Learning Center (Certified in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool), I babysit for some of my former students from Bright Horizons here and there as needed and of course if I'm available. I also babysit when parents just need someone there to take care of their child while they get things done around the house. I am also certified in First Aid and CPR. I love having fun with the kids and having the chance to engage with them one-on-one, compared to the daycare setting that I'm used to where we can have up to nine toddlers at once. As a toddler teacher I love singing songs, reading books, and finding new ways to enhance their learning through fun developmentally appropriate activities.
