Aloha! My name is Corey Bagby. I have been working as a caregiver for children, elders, pets and those who just need some extra help for over 15 years. I started babysitting around 14 years old and at that time I also did a work trade at an indoor rock climbing gym which fostered my ability to encourage and communicate with others in a fun and educational way. Throughout my life as a caregiver I have worked as a ropes course director at summer camps, ran a children’s program at a hotel, worked as a personal nanny, worked as a home health aid to people with various ailments and needs and most recently worked as a Teacher’s aid at a Preschool for 4 years. The Pandemic has literally thrown me off course as I had been working at the preschool on Maui which I absolutely loved, however I had the Read more incredible opportunity to join my Dad on his sailboat and travel extensively throughout central and South America while I worked on getting my Captains license. I left Maui in January 2020 with a heavy heart but eager for a new adventure and to invest in my future as a Captain. In March of 2020 I was on the boat with my Dad and dog in Florida and we were finalizing our provisions and course. That’s when everything changed as all international boarders closed and marinas were no longer accepting transient vessels. We came back up to New England to help with my Mother and Grandmother. Since returning my Dad has had some health problems and my Mom has sold her house so I have been busy helping out family as well as working temporarily at a medical supply factory close to home. Now that the dust is settling on what life looks like for me now I am eager to get back to my true calling which has always been caregiving. I am happy to answer any questions you may have as well as provide a full work history and references. I also love all animals and have no allergies.
