I previously was a nanny for 4 consecutive years caring for 3+ children at a time, then went on to be a Preschool Teacher of (20) 3-year-olds! I just had my son in December so since then, decided it would be best for me to stay home more and soak up the next year with him. My name is Nicole (I go by Nicky), I’m 23 years old and currently reside in Western Massachusetts doing what I love! I am a full-time infant teacher at a day centre and love my job as I’ve always known I wanted to work with kids and it stems from when my family first adopted my little brother and we assisted in his orphanage. We helped plate out food, entertained the kids, and ensured they were getting all the tender loving care! I am a Career Development Counselor at Holyoke Community College. I use child development theory when working with children to meet kiddos where they are at developmentally. I love spending time with kids who are interested in drawing, doing crafts, reading books, and playing outside! I’m not a couch potato, so my focus would be on activities that involve the least amount of TV as possible :) I am fluent in Spanish & Urdu.
