Scarlett is hands down the best nanny/babysitter I have ever had. She has done an amazing job with our two girls for the past 2 and a half years. They are now 4 and 2 and she has helped turn them into confident, polite, friendly, smart little girls. Probably the most important factors that make me want to enthusiastically recommend Scarlett are her incredibly strong work ethic, unassailable integrity, loving nature and positive attitude. Scarlett is incredibly hard-working and commited to us and our kids. She takes her responsibilities exceptionally seriously. In the time she has been a part of our family, Scarlett has shown up every day on time (and usually early), with a sunny and optimistic attitude, ready to jump in and get to work. Besides my husband and I, I don't think anyone loves our kids (and shows it!) as much as Scarlett does. It has been a pleasure to have Scarlett as a part of our family!!
