My name is Madelaine Gray and I am a graduate of the University of San Diego and just completed my master's in reading education. I studied elementary education and received my teaching credential. I was a student teacher in a second grade classroom for five months and continued to work at the school as a substitute teacher for pre-k through fourth grade. I also tutored elementary and middle school students. I helped them with math, reading, science and social studies. I have worked with children since I was in middle school. I worked at a summer day camp for five years as well as babysitting. I enjoy working with children because I love seeing them learn and grow academically but also as a person.
