Extremely disappointed. Agreed to a regular work schedule and then changed her availability, causing us to have two different care providers. Last-minute cancellations via text message. Called in sick, via text, and then went to another job. Quit with no notice via text message, stating that she had friends in from out of town and wanted to spend time with them. Had her mother stop by to return our keys. Certainly not the mature individual we thought we hired.

Stayed on Cape Cod for a long weekend with my family and wanted to have a couple date nights while we were down there. Alex watched our 2.5 year old son two nights and did an excellent job. She was punctual and interacted well with our son. Alex also did a good job of keeping us updated as to how our son was doing while we were out in regards to going to bed, behavior, etc. I would certainly recommend Alex to others and will be saving her number for next time we make it down to the Cape.
