I grew up going to the South Boston Neighborhood House, that is where I learned and developed into a camp counselor, a pre school assistant and further down the line I became a girls group leader also a lifeguard and would travel with the kids to several locations for summer activities etc. I have siblings, cousins and others I have babysit for throughout the years and actively watch all my friends children all the time.
