Kim was our nanny for 3 years from when my son was 1 to 4 and she was so so good with him. My most important priority was that he was safe physically and emotionally and I never had to ever worry about either with Kim. She was great about having fun but also setting the right amount of boundaries. And I really loved how she would proactively get activities set up to help him learn like his colors and his numbers. She even learned quite a bit of sign language to communicate with him as he was fully communicating in ASL for most of the period she was with us. You will not go wrong with Kim. We miss her greatly.
