I have been babysitting for 7+ years, currently a nanny for a family with two children, and have been with them for almost 4 years now. The children are 10 and 13. I watch children as young as a month old and children up to 14 (or over sometimes). I love children; I'm studying at Bunker Hill Community College, my major is early childhood education, my goal is to become a 1st grade teacher. I have also volunteered in a nursing home & hospital, volunteered as a teacher at a childrens bible camp which happens anually in August, I volunteer in soup kitchens and wherever else I'm needed. I love working with all ages! Listening, talking, helping kids grow is a huge passion of mine. I have babysat anywhere from 1 up to 15 children under the age of 5 at a time, the 15children were at a church daycare Read more which I was apart of for the last 4 years . I can babysit in the morning or later at night, weekdays or weekends, the only time I can't do is usually from 3-6:30 Mon-Fri when I nanny a family, but that should be ending soon, once their mother's comfortable with them staying home alone. Taking kids to the park, helping them with homework, reading, writing, playing, growing, I love doing this with all different age groups. I am looking for a summer job babysitting, nannying, helping out a family, once or multiple times over the summer. Any side job offers would be fantastic! I loveeee working with infants/toddlers but also love working with 6-12-year-olds. Please contact me if you are around the Medford area, I live right next door to Tufts University. I don't have my own car yet so the families that live more than 5miles usually pick me up, if that isn't possible I can ask for the car once and awhile or take my bike or the bus. I ask that if you are looking for me to commute myself there that you live within a 3-4mile distance at the most, unless you are next to a T inwhich I could hop onto it and get to your house easily.
