Kristi was our nanny for about 7 months (June of 2016 to January of 2017). We thought we had found a mature, responsible, reliable caregiver, but Kristi proved herself to be anything but. We had several frustrations with her - often tardy, and multiple no call/no shows that lasted for days. She has serious health issues and was out sick a lot (which is understandable), but she failed to keep us informed of the situations and we often had to track her down, not knowing when she was coming back. Most recent was her pledge to finish out the month once she submitted her resignation at the beginning of January. Instead, she just stopped coming, leaving us suddenly without care and compromising our jobs (we have to take turns staying home with the children until we can find care). We are so disappointed in her and that she would put our family in such a position. If you are looking for a mature and reliable caregiver for your family, I would not recommend this one.
