My name is Ella, and I am a dedicated and experienced childcare professional with a strong background in early childhood education and family support. I am originally from Rochester and currently live in Lakeville. I have over a decade of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I volunteered in a preschool from 2014–2018 while completing child development coursework in high school and later worked as a summer camp counselor. I have been babysitting since my early teens and hold current CPR and First Aid/AED certifications. My professional experience includes 2–3 years as an assistant teacher in classroom settings, work in a licensed home daycare, and Family Child Care (FCC) certification. I have experience caring for children ranging from premature newborns through school-age, and I have spent the past three years working as a private professional nanny, providing consistent, attentive, and individualized care for families. I earned my Read more Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Studies from Framingham State University in 2022, along with double minors in Psychology and Sociology. This educational background, combined with hands-on experience, allows me to support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs thoughtfully and intentionally. I am a responsible, dependable caregiver with a genuine passion for working with children. I enjoy creating engaging, age-appropriate activities, lesson plans, and projects that promote learning, creativity, and independence. I am also happy to assist with household tasks and errands as needed. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow as individuals. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cooking and baking. I recently began exploring sourdough baking and enjoy the creativity and patience it requires.
