Hello, It's Geyri here! I am currently a Early Childhood Education student in Boston. I have 7+ years of experience in the childcare field. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old as volunteer in a youth program for 3 years, I started off as a Counselor Assistant and ended up as a Lead Counselor. From that moment on I fell in love with that experience. Fast forward some years later, I moved to California where I realized that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. I worked at a girls after school program where I was an after school teacher to 18 girls ( 6 to 8 years old). I taught them how to read and write in English as they were all Spanish speakers.
