My long time commitment of 10 years caring for two children, proved to be a rewarding experience for the two boys, myself, and their families. I began caring for them when the first was three months old. I was part of the second child’s world from the time he was five days old. I cared for them up until the youngest entered kindergarten. We have a everlasting bond, we are like family members. I feel very rewarded for the boys are wonderful, gentle children, and they are very intelligent, but most importantly kind. My passion for caring for children extends back to my teenage years, caring for children of family friends, and for many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are very important in my husbands and my life. With young children of my own, I decided to leave my 18 years of banking. I raised two children, a son Read more and daughter, survived ovarian cancer, and then cared for my father from the beginning of his illness to hospice. I am now looking for the opportunity to care for your child and would love the opportunity to support you in this effort. I am free loving, creative, kind, and would share in your lifestyle and values. I feel that consistency is very important. With that said, I would love nothing more to share my personality and life experiences to build a strong long lasting relationship with your child. Building that relationship of caring, trust and commitment to a child brings me a great sense of joy and In turn I will offer your child a great sense of self. I really listen to children and help them to grow and become independent and open to others likes and differences. I would love to share our time together, I feel that it’s important for children to be introduced to the world around them. I love parks, library’s, museums, and enjoining nature.
