Hello! I currently am looking for vacation babysitting or part time babysitting after school hours until school gets out for summer vacation. If my babysitting hours interest you at all, here is a little bit about myself. My name is Kara, and I graduated in May 2016 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I majored in Psychology and have a minor in Education. I am currently working as a special education teacher for middle school students. This is my second year and I absolutely love teaching. I also have my masters in special education. I am a very energetic and motivated person and I love to work with kids of all ages. I am very involved with kids when I babysit and I love to play board games, sports, arts and crafts and anything outside! I have a lot of experience with kids in many different settings and have been Read more babysitting since high school. I was a full-time camp counselor at a farm camp during summer vacation in college, and I love animals! I was also a sports camp counselor and in both settings created games and activities for the kids and supervised large groups. During college in the afternoons for two years I was an after-school teacher. I have a lot of experience with kids who have special needs or disabilities. I mainly have worked with older kids who have autism, but have also worked with kids who have more physical disabilities. As for younger children, I have worked at two preschools and have babysat kids as young as six months. I have my own car.
