My journey begins to find a new family. I have had multiple long term positions that I have gotten through Care. com for over the last 6 years. I will be available part time (approximately 20 hrs). I am a patient, warm and active 51-year-old, who is responsible and trustworthy. I am married and the mother of two beautiful children. My daughter is 30 and my son is 22. I was also a "hot line" foster parent for 10 years in which I have taken care of over 100 children, from newborn-12, so I have lots of experiences. This has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I have an associate's degree but have been out of the field for over 20 years. I love children and know that they need a safe and structured environment in order to grow and learn. While I am working, I Read more rarely watch T. V. or talk on the phone but if you need me to run an errand, do a little housework then I am the person for you. I hope to bond with a new family as closely as I have with my other families.
