Hi! My name is Hailey, and I have a true passion for working with young children, especially babies through preschool age. I love being able to help little ones learn, grow, and feel safe and cared for during such important early years of development. Watching children build confidence, discover new things, and develop their personalities is incredibly rewarding to me. I recently worked at Woodside Children’s Center for the past three years, where I primarily worked with toddlers and preschool-aged children. During my time there, I gained valuable experience creating engaging activities, supporting emotional and social development, maintaining routines, and helping children learn through play. I also have experience caring for babies and twins as well. My passion for teaching and caring for children began in high school when I participated in the Laboratory Preschool Program at Westfield High School. That experience inspired me to continue my education at Holyoke Read more Community College, where I studied Early Childhood Education. While I did not complete my degree, I chose to begin working full time in childcare so I could gain hands-on experience doing what I love most. I pride myself on being patient, nurturing, dependable, and attentive, and I truly enjoy building strong relationships with both children and parents.
