Hello! I'm Najma (nudge-Ma), the oldest of four, and I've been babysitting for as long as I can remember. I began professionally in 2018 and have since built a deep understanding of children's needs and behaviors. With a degree in psychology and a strong focus on child development and behavioral health, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to my role. I have worked in elementary and middle school settings through an internship, a capstone project, and two years as a substitute teacher (still ongoing). Additionally, I served as an assistant program director for students from middle to high school, guiding them in their transition to college. These experiences have shaped my ability to understand children, communicate effectively with them, and guide them toward making positive choices. I pride myself on being a great communicator, active listener, and patient, with a keen attention to detail. I am also non-judgmental, Read more respectful, and, most importantly, reliable.
