Hello! I am happy to introduce myself. I have had a love for working with children since I was a young girl. I began formally babysitting at only twelve years of age, and continued to babysit throughout my entire life. During my high school years, I was a lifeguard, swim instructor, and a formal swim coach as well. I have experience teaching infants, children, and adults how to swim and feel comfortable in the water. In college, I received a B.S. in English Education, which led me to become a middle school Language Arts teacher for nearly four years. I am still a licensed English teacher. Throughout my studies, and career as a teacher, I would still babysit on the side. I absolutely love being closely connected to a family, helping them to raise the child/children. I believe that a nanny's placement in a family is one of the most important roles. The bond between nanny and the family is that of positivity, trust, warmth, and respect.
