Hello, My name is Kaila Gray, 36 years young. My son is 14 years old, starting High school this year. The moment I realized child care was my calling was when I became a mother. My son who I could not imagine having to leave with anyone. Especially my son because he used to cry a little more than usual. I thought to myself, who would have the patience to deal with my crying baby while at the same time trying to tend to the needs of other children. I made the decision to stay home with my child. I knew I could not be the only parent in the world who felt that way. I felt so much compassion for other parents who had no choice but to work or attend school. That's when child care chose me. I opened Kaila's Kiddie Korral family daycare in 2002. 2008, I closed the family daycare. From there, I worked at many Learning Centers and a Head Start. My qualifications: Licensed Childcare Provider, CPR and First Aide Certified, Soft Skills and 90 Hours/Updated Trainings. My nurturing nature mixed with compassion made my decision quite easy. I have always had a big heart for children. I love working with children, doing fun things and going on age appropriate trips. I also enjoy preparing fun colorful meals. I encourage healthy eating by making veggies seem fun! I am very big on educating children.
