Two things in particular set me apart from other sitters. First, I am an avid hiker and have hiked most of the trails in this area. From Toro Park, Fort Ord, Garland Park, Big Sur, etc. I have hiked through from the Carmel River dam through the backwoods to Big Sur. I have 20 years experience with horses and most recently was the riding director at a camp, managed the barn, gave lessons and lived in a cabin with eight little girls ages 7-9. In the riding program I focused on independent rider growth both in horsemanship and in horse/rider confidence. Second, I have experience with learning differences as I am dyslexic. I attended Chartwell School and Landmark College, receiving my AA in Business Administration and winning the President's Award upon graduation. I am a mix of patience and perseverance.
