I became a caregiver because I love children and to make a difference in a child's life. I want to help people. To educate;inspire learn and to affect positive change in a child's life. To be a role model who inspires ane encourages children to strive for graetness and teaches them through experience and commintment how to realize their full potential to become the best they can be. I love my job because children are my passion and it;s a rewarding job. My methods I believe are Consistency,Praise,Good Behavior,Respect, Plan Activities ahead of time. Children need to be guided and supported as they grow and learn. Interacting with children on a daily basis to ensure that they will have fun while learning the skills they need for long term success in school in life.
