Hi! My name is Faith. I am an alumna of Baltimore City Community College. I graduated May of 2023 with honors in the field of Early Childhood Education. During my time as a student at BCCC, I was awarded for my academic success, becoming a member of Phi Thetta Kappa, an honors society. This past year, I had the opportunity to become an educator at KIPP. During the summer of 2023, I worked at KIPP as an assistant teacher to prepare upcoming seniors in high school with their transition from high school to college. Once the school year began, I transitioned from assistant teacher to coverage specialist; working with both 6th grade and 8th grade, covering various subjects during the absense of a teacher. With these teachers, I met with them to go over lesson plans and procedures. My goal is to encourage, inspire, and teach our future leaders.
