Hello, my name is Kelly and I am a mother of 3 very handsome young men. I wanted to give you a a background on why I have always wanted to get involved in this type of care. I wasn't even aware of this was this company existed until a close friend gave me such high reviews of the company. So I would like to give you a a brief background of myself and what my experience was when I went through an agency when my 3 boys were very young and in diapers. My oldest son Cody was 7yrs old now 23. My Dylan was attending morning Pr-K and my other son, still an infant was with the nanny I hired from an agency from 7am until 4pm. I noticed a change in my oldest son and of course my infant Garret. I finally explained to Cody how serious Read more this is and he cried and said...mommy she made me promise if I told you tha she would hurt me too just like Garret ( my 4month) old. I was horrified. I decide to come home early one day quietly and sneak in the back door. She had my fragile infant on the cold kitchen crying while she was doing dishes and had blood coming from his nose. I immediately picked him up, cold and shaking. His diaper was soiled with abundance of urine and dried up feces up his back up his back. She said see stepped on him in the kitchen!! Keep in mind she is over 300lbs and hired by reputable agency at that time. I immediately told her to leave and reported her. Being a mother of 3 I know how frightening it can be to leave your children home with a stranger. I felt safe with an agency. At that point my children were traumatized as both my husband an I so I enrolled in to opening my own daycare from my home. I have a very large family with a 12month old niece whom I adore and help with here while my niece teaches at Stephen Decatur Middle school when I want some Auntie time:) I'm very active and my passions are helping to teach our children to exercise our brains,respect, honesty and the willing to get long and help other when needed. I also have a huge passion for animals! I have a cat, dog , kitten and help my elderly parents daily with their newborn kittens and the other 10 inside of their home.
