I am a professional postpartum doula, passionate about supporting women during the postpartum period. Whether its your first or fourth baby, you deserve support and time to rest and recover. I came to this journey as a family support worker providing in home support to first time moms with the Healthy Families program. I then went on to become a mother myself, discovering the world of birth and postpartum doulas. I completed my postpartum doula training in 2011 and began supporting newborn mothers shortly there after. I am also trained in placenta encapsulation and pride myself on providing safe, reliable and informed services.
