I quit a very good job in industrial security and as an instructor to stay home with my two younger kids. One had problems with speech (12 yr old), and the other had problems with reading and mathematics (the 9 yr old). They are doing quite well in school presently, so I decided to watch others kids, with or without special needs. If there is just one child to babysit my rate is $15. hourly, 2 to 3 children is $15 to $25 hourly depending on their needs. Four or more children are $25 hourly. I am also somewhat flexible on rates as we're in the middle of a tough economy (bouncing back, but still though, it's hard out there). I will come to your house and babysit or provide nanny care there. I will cook, feed and clean up (anything from deep cleaning to surface cleaning, dishes and laundry). Read more I am CPR/First Aid and AED certified until 2018 and I was also a Combat Lifesaver in the Army so I'm confident I make the right calls when it comes to kids. Not to mention having raised one who is a 23 yr old Marine Corp. Officer, a 13 yr old honor student and helped my other two overcome their disabilities. I am willing to tutor or help with homework as well. I love kids and would love to babysit full time if possible or provide services as a nanny full time. Also, I can prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner for the adults in the home as well if I'm working as a nanny. I will take exceptional care of your children, just as I've done for my own children. So please, give me a call. And again, I'm willing to negotiate with you about the price of child care in a tough economy. Meaning, my prices are negotiable. I also have a clean driving record. I will respect your wishes as the parent/parents of your children (this was a problem I had when I worked in the business world....nannies not caring about my wishes as a parent) and I will do as instructed.
