All throughout high-school I had a certain desire to be a teacher or work with kids in some sort of way so I took child development classes every year which basically was an in-school day care for high-school students to gain experience and knowledge about teaching young children. We created lesson plans and group activities to boost and enhance their gross/fine motor skills and cognitive skills as well. Aside from that I have been babysitting since i was in seventh grade and the last couple years I've been babysitting multiple families kids at once so watching after multiple kids would not be a struggle for me. Ive always been able to maintain a good healthy relationship with the kids Ive looked after where trust can be easily formed and a feeling of safety as well.
