Jenna presents as a well spoken nanny with years of experience in helping families with kids and working alongside stay at home parents. She started well with us but as time went on she began to show her true colors. Her lack of work ethic became more apparent the more I was away from home and I would have to ask over and over again for reports on work being done with the kids and the house.These reports were often times 3 weeks late. It was not uncommon for me to come back home from travel to find the same trash bags in the same spot for weeks at a time. Instructions had to be repeated time and time again and Jenna would give the excuse of time running out before she had the time to execute the work. As a role model, she scores low. A frequent cigarette smoker, I had to specifically request her not to show up to my house smelling like tobacco smoke so as not to expose my children to such odor. Finally, she was often in the habit of asking for payment even before the week's work was done a trend that showed to me that her Focus was more on getting paid rather than doing a good job. I Will NEVER Hire A Sitter Like Jenna again.
