My name is Deci Arce and I am a mother of three that are all grown up and a grandmother of 8. I currently have custody of my 4 grandchildren and love children. I had a daycare/preschool for 8 years and ranged from 6 weeks to 12. I have also done foster care with children as well for several years. My career went in a different direction as I was a general manager for hotel for 22 years. I then retired from that and worked full time in HR/Payroll and Scheduling at a long term skilled facility. While there I also worked in activities and realized how much I missed working with children. When I received custody of my grandchildren I realized that I needed to find a job that is more family friendly due to hours I was required to work.
